Job Description:

The Product Dev Sr Specialist is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy. Role is expected to support a singular end-to-end credit risk management ecosystem that simplifies business processes while strengthening controls and improving productivity.

Job Responsibility:

Develop new products and/or features and functionality
Develop business cases and requirements definition (BRDs)
Execute end-to-end product development lifecycle
Scope product releases and track business priorities
Identify, gather, and organize client insights and market trends
Create product vision aligned to business priorities
Conceptualize, plan, prioritize, coordinate design and delivery of products
Work with Technology, Business Managers and stakeholders
Identify solutions across data analytics, reporting, CRM, Trade Workflows
Partner with business leaders and global user community
Create project plans and technical requirements documents
Focus on controls and governance including security and access reviews

Requirements:

6-10 years of experience
Intellectual curiosity, analytical and conceptual thinker
Proactively seeks and develops new opportunities
Attention to detail and process/analytic mindset
Ability to build networks and relationships internally and externally
Familiarity with product development methodologies
Direct experience in end-to-end project delivery
Knowledge of various analytical tools including Qlikview, Tableau, Access
Comfortable with performing data investigations that require high accuracy
Ability to create business analysis, troubleshoot data quality issues
Ability to structure and break down problems, develop solutions
Process Management knowledge
Ability to collaborate and clearly communicate
Project Management skills with experience leading large cross functional initiatives
Generation of reports and presentations for management
Bachelor's/University degree
Master's degree preferred

Knowledge of institutional lending lifecycle and platforms
Experience in product development
