Turn complexity into clarity, by design. At Decidr, we’re building the world’s first AI-powered decision operating system - connecting strategy, finance, and operations into a single intelligent layer. Our goal is to help people make bold, confident decisions faster, even when the problems are complex and the stakes are high. User experience is central to that mission. We’re looking for a Product Designer with a strong focus on user experience to shape how our platform behaves, guides, and supports users as they navigate complex decisions. You’ll work on problems where clarity, trust, and momentum matter more than visual polish alone. If you care deeply about UX, enjoy working closely with product and engineering, and want your work to directly influence how real business decisions get made, this role is for you.
Job Responsibility:
Designing clear, intuitive user experiences across Decidr’s core platform
Leading UX thinking from problem definition through to shipped product
Translating complex workflows and data-heavy concepts into simple, confident user journeys
Reducing cognitive load through strong information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles
Partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineers to shape solutions that are usable, scalable, and buildable
Owning design execution end-to-end — discovery, prototyping, iteration, and delivery
Creating and maintaining designs in Figma that translate cleanly into production UI
Communicating UX rationale, trade-offs, and design decisions clearly to stakeholders
Requirements:
Experience designing modern, web-based products in a product-led or high-growth tech environment
Strong UX fundamentals, with a portfolio that demonstrates problem-solving, clarity, and impact
The ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive, usable experiences
Confidence working collaboratively with engineers and product partners
Comfort designing within front-end constraints and frameworks (e.g. Bootstrap or similar)
A pragmatic mindset — you care about what ships and how users actually experience it
The ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and bring structure where it doesn’t yet exist
What we offer:
You’ll design experiences that influence real decisions, not vanity features
You’ll work on an AI-first platform at the frontier of how work gets done
You’ll have real ownership and visibility — your work will shape the product, not sit in a backlog
You’ll be part of an ambitious, fast-moving team that values clarity, momentum, and follow-through
