You’ll be taking a senior, high-ownership role in product design at Aios Medical. You’ll be stepping into a product that has grown fast and now needs stronger design leadership, judgment, and structure. You’ll work across both customer-facing products and internal tools, helping shape how design shows up across the company as the team scales. You’ll own projects end-to-end. That means taking loosely defined problems, talking to the right people, understanding workflows and constraints, and shipping solutions you can stand behind. On a given week, you might be working with engineers on a customer app flow, untangling a complex internal workflow, reviewing CX tickets, or defending a design decision. The work often sits at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and real constraints. You’ll report directly to our Head of Product and work closely with engineers, ops, CX, our Product Designer. This is a full-time, remote role. We’re async-friendly and flexible with hours, but some overlap with UK or US time zones is helpful.
