Product Designer

• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and User Research partners to represent the design team and advocate the user voice
• Partner with product designers on other R&D teams to create holistic experiences that span the full customer lifecycle
• Bring a user centric approach to solving problems across the video creation, editing, and sharing lifecycle
• Sketch and prototype ideas to quickly access viability, and design the fine grained details of interactions
• Drive high fidelity designs with great attention to detail all the way through to delivery
• Conduct usability testing to inform your design decisions
• Contribute to vision, roadmapping, design critique, team planning, and product and design channels
• Contribute to Loom’s Lens Design System and Atlassian Design System and work with our Systems Designer
• Inspire a culture of design excellence, where innovation is the norm

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Design organizations that have shipped software to users
• Experience working in the video space
• creation, editing, workflows
• Demonstrable experience working with data, conducting and measuring product design experiments
• An outstanding portfolio, with presentable case studies showcasing a foundation in typography, interaction and visual design, product sense, and idea generation
• Experience collaborating with a diverse team in a rapid growth environment
