Job Description:

Product Designer role at HSBC Global Transformation, developing user experience designs for digital banking solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric digital products.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in driving the user experience design process from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs
Support the production of user experience designs, including requirement visualization, customer journey mapping, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed UI designs
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver user-centric digital solutions
Participate in user research and ideation sessions to create and refine digital solutions
Communicate design findings and rationale effectively to stakeholders
Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the team
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive and relevant digital experiences

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
Experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role
Portfolio showcasing UX design skills and process
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards
Knowledge of best practices and trends in digital, banking, finance, and investment products
Collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects
Communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Fluent in English and Cantonese
