In Develer, a company of the Comelz group, we carry out design, electronic production and software development for the industrial world. You will join the Design Team of Develer. We are looking for a Product Designer who wants to work on complex digital products, where UX, interfaces, and physical contexts meet. You will work in contact with the lead designer and be part of a team.
Job Responsibility
Engage with clients of BU1, product managers, software and embedded developers, and end users to understand needs and opportunities
Analyze client vision and needs, translating complex problems and functional requirements into wireframes, prototypes and intuitive, accessible and scalable interfaces
Work on interfaces, HMIs, machines, objects and physical contexts, considering interaction between people, software, hardware and operating environment
Conduct research and testing sessions with users and stakeholders, both in the field and remotely, transforming feedback into input for the design and development process
Contribute to the evolution of existing design systems and creation of new systems with attention to usability, accessibility and visual consistency
Work in a collaborative and cross-functional context, following agile frameworks
Requirements
3-4 years experience in product design, interaction design and UX/UI, preferably on complex digital products such as HMIs, web applications, mobile apps and B2B platforms
Excellent command of main design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma
Knowledge of other design tools is considered positive
Ability to transform complex problems into clear solutions, designing flows, interfaces and prototypes with attention to usability, accessibility and technical feasibility
Ecosystemic approach, looking at the problem not as an isolated element but as part of a wider system
Ability to present work to developers and other stakeholders, motivating the strategy and reasoning behind choices
