At Domyn, we’re building products powered by AI and we’re looking for a Product Designer ready to pioneer in this dynamic space and to join our team in Milan. You’ll help set new standards for usability in AI-driven products, turning complex ideas into simple, elegant experiences. As part of a cross-functional team, you’ll take ownership of projects end-to-end: from shaping early concepts, and crafting polished interactions, to ensuring seamless collaboration with engineers for delivery.
Job Responsibility:
Champion design within a cross-functional team, turning abstract concepts into meaningful user experiences
Collaborate closely with engineers, providing clear specs and fostering smooth handoffs
Create design proposals with strong rationale, and tell compelling stories to stakeholders
Prototype and test new interactions to validate and refine features
Define the final look & feel across native apps and web, ensuring consistency
Contribute to our design system, scaling components and patterns as we grow
Help shape and strengthen our design culture at Domyn
Requirements:
A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work
2+ years of experience in Product Design (ideally in product companies)
Strong skills in interaction, visual design, and user experience
Experience designing for multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Web)
Great knowledge of UX laws, design patterns, wireframing, prototyping
Experience working with and maintaining a design system (Figma components, libraries, variables)
Clear communication skills: you can explain your ideas to designers, engineers, PMs, and stakeholders
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Ability to balance multiple projects effectively
Nice to have:
Familiarity with AI technologies and Voice/UI design patterns
Ability to organize and visualize data sets
Understanding of developers’ languages (HTML, CSS, React)
Skills in iconography, illustration, or motion design
