We’re looking for a product designer to join our AI support product teams, with a focus on designing and building AI-backed customer support experiences, both from the perspective of our customers, and our customers’ customers — the people who need support. We believe in a future where AI and people work together to solve problems, and Assembled’s role is to be the orchestration layer that improves support experiences by having the right technology and the right people in the right place at the right time.
Job Responsibility:
Create, refine, and iterate on significant new products and features for AI-backed support and support operations
Mentor other designers
Deeply understand our users
Be the steward of our product experience
Improve our visual and interaction design
Requirements:
5+ years experience in B2B software design
Excited to work in complex domains
Ability to take ideas from many different people and distill them down into useful primitives
Ability to make reasonable trade-offs between simplicity and flexibility
Zero to one mindset
Calm under pressure
Comfortable with ambiguity
Hungry and motivated
Customer driven
Detail oriented
Technically curious and AI cognizant
Comfortable designing for the system
Confident with Figma
Experience with React is a bonus
