Product Designer

• Create and document processes and procedure
• Build out our design system, workflow and component library
• Maintain and build upon our existing design principles and language
• Work with designers, engineers and creatives to produce work of the highest quality
• Create beautiful and intuitive user experience
• Take big-picture ideas from concept to design
• Design a range of digital components that will improve design efficiency and allow designers to work within a consistent framework
• Complete the Procreate onboarding process
• Build an understanding of our product design practices, processes and frameworks
• Establish relationships with inter-departmental key stakeholders
• Prepare and support the execution of key design projects
• Become an integral and contributing part of the Product Design Team and ship product

• A background and significant experience in design
• A multi-disciplinary approach to design
• Technical proficiency
• Ability to be creative, curious and playful
• Demonstrated inclusion of elements of graphic design, motion design, and animation into UX/UI
• Creative flair and an inquisitive approach to design
• A laser-like eye for detail and a hunger to learn
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse group of designers and engineers to produce pixel perfect work
• Ability to focus on the iteration and reiteration of high-fidelity prototypes
