Job Responsibility

  • Lead and support the design process for all UI/UX initiatives across HubX’s apps, from concept to final delivery
  • Design intuitive, user-friendly mobile interfaces for new features and refine existing screens
  • Analyze user feedback and behaviors to identify opportunities for UX improvements
  • Create rapid wireframes and prototypes, conduct user testing, and iterate based on results
  • Develop and maintain UI kits, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across platforms
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals
  • Stay current with the latest design trends and integrate best practices into your work
  • Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand identity and studio standards

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design (mobile experience required)
  • Portfolio is mandatory
  • Strong, innovative design eye with the ability to create impactful user experiences
  • Solid understanding of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and Android’s Material Design principles
  • Proficiency in Figma (Sketch and Adobe Creative Cloud tools like Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator are a plus)
  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex user journeys
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams
  • Experience with micro-interactions and motion design
  • active use of LottieFiles and After Effects is required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively
