We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Visual Designer with 2–5 years of experience in digital design, as well as UI/UX design to support product development. This role will collaborate closely with our Marketing team and support our Product team to create visually engaging, user-friendly designs that strengthen ZeroTier’s brand and improve our customer experience across all of our digital touchpoints.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with the Product team to design intuitive user interfaces and improve overall ZeroTier customer-lifecycle experience
Contribute to and help maintain a consistent design system aligned with ZeroTier’s brand and product identity
Support marketing initiatives by creating digital and print assets (presentations, social graphics, email templates, web visuals, event collateral)
Optimize website and in-app/platform visuals to drive consistency, engagement, sign-ups, and conversions
Support product workflows through wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
Partner with product managers, marketers, and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of design work cross-functionally
Stay current with UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and emerging design tools
Requirements:
3–5 years of professional design experience, ideally with software or technology companies, or in a product-driven environment
Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and UI/UX-type projects
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and similar design tools
Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools
ability to translate marketing flows and end-user needs into clean, intuitive designs
Demonstrated knowledge of AI-leaning creator tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E, or Canva
Understanding of responsive and mobile design principles
Strong eye for typography, color, and layout as well as an attention to detail
Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
BA/BS degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience
Willingness/ability to travel and time shift to match cross-functional team efforts
