Job Responsibility:

Lead and support the design process for all UI/UX initiatives across HubX’s apps, from concept to final delivery
Design intuitive, user-friendly mobile and web interfaces for new features and refine existing screens
Analyze user feedback and behaviors to identify opportunities for UX improvements
Create rapid wireframes and prototypes, conduct user testing, and iterate based on results
Develop and maintain UI kits, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across platforms
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals
Stay current with the latest design trends and integrate best practices into your work
Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand identity and studio standards

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design
Portfolio is mandatory — applications without a portfolio will not be considered
Strong, innovative design eye with the ability to create impactful user experiences
Solid understanding of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and Android’s Material Design principles
Proficiency in Figma (Sketch and Adobe Creative Cloud tools like Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator are a plus)
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex user journeys
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams
Experience with micro-interactions and motion design
active use of LottieFiles and After Effects is plus
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively
