Job Description:

We’re looking for a Product Designer who can blend creativity with empathy to design meaningful and delightful digital experiences. You’ll work at the intersection of user experience and interface design, taking ideas from concept to execution with a deep understanding of business goals and user needs. If you love solving problems, shaping experiences, and crafting beautiful, intuitive UIs—this role is for you.

Job Responsibility:

Understand project goals, user needs, and business requirements to craft holistic and effective design solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, developers, and marketers—to build products that are user-centric and visually impactful
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive and engaging experiences
Conduct UX research, including persona mapping, user journey mapping, empathy mapping, and usability testing to validate design decisions
Create and maintain mood boards, design systems, and documentation that tell a compelling story and enhance design clarity
Support seniors in design thinking workshops and contribute to pitches with strong creative benchmarks
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX and UI design, and proactively apply them to projects
Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and seamless design handoffs
Identify UX problems and deliver elegant design solutions through iterative testing and feedback
Ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and champion a user-first mindset throughout the product lifecycle

Requirements:

3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI/Product Design
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI and UX design projects across web and mobile platforms
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Axure, Framer, InVision, etc.
Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, responsive design, and accessibility standards
Experience in UX methodologies including wireframing, prototyping, A/B testing, heuristic evaluations, and card sorting
Knowledge of basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus
Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to clearly explain design rationale
Strong team player with the ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and work collaboratively

Nice to have:

Experience designing for complex systems or enterprise products
Prior exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
Comfort with data-driven design and analytics tools
