Job Description:

Product Designer role at Onebox (Fever Group) to join the Product Design team (UX/UI). This is an opportunity for a professional looking to expand their experience and skills in a dynamic and innovative environment. The role involves being at the heart of the Product Design Team and driving the evolution of both the team and product design.

Job Responsibility:

Be the design owner within a squad
Develop the best experience for users based on insights
Turn insights into beautifully designed products
Drive evolution of both team and product design
Work closely with engineers, researchers and product managers
Own key parts of the app and web
Design overall product experience
Take full ownership of work from whiteboard sketching to high-fidelity final designs
Help set tone for design team
Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes
Produce data-informed solutions considering insights, technical constraints, business needs
Lead design projects to increase activation, retention and engagement

Requirements:

Proven experience in designing at consumer-focused tech companies
Strong UX Design skills and product mindset
Core strengths in visual design and ability to create high-quality designs
Experience working with product managers, engineers and researchers
Ability to synthesize and incorporate feedback into work
Communication skills to help set up frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts
Experience creating experiences for both mobile apps and responsive websites
Team player with strong collaboration skills
Comfortable working with remote colleagues, multidisciplinary teams and external partners
Fluent in English to defend and present ideas
Portfolio required for consideration
