As a Product Designer on the Realize Design team in our Tel Aviv office, you’ll play a key role in shaping the next generation of AI-assisted advertising experiences. You’ll design complex workflows that help advertisers create, optimize, and make decisions with confidence — balancing automation, transparency, and user control. Working at the intersection of product strategy, systems thinking, and AI behavior design, you’ll help define how intelligent experiences are integrated across the platform. This is a temporary position for Maternity Leave Replacement.
Job Responsibility:
Own end-to-end design flows, from discovery and concept exploration to final UX and post-launch iteration
Design AI-assisted workflows and experiences that help advertisers create, optimize, and make decisions with confidence
Shape how AI guidance, automation, and intelligent product behaviors are integrated across the platform
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, R&D teams, analysts, and business stakeholders to define product direction and user experiences
Simplify complex, data-rich workflows into intuitive and scalable user experiences
Use user insights, research, and product data to continuously improve experiences and drive better outcomes for advertisers
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Product Designer
Experience designing complex B2B, workflow-heavy, or data-rich systems
Experience designing AI-assisted, AI-driven, or automation-based product experiences
Strong understanding of scalable UX patterns, interaction design, and information hierarchy
Strong ability to communicate product thinking and UX decisions across PM, R&D, and business stakeholders
High level of English
Nice to have:
Experience conducting UX research, usability testing, or data-informed product discovery
Experience working on AI-native products, intelligent workflows, or agent-based experiences
