Product Designer

As Chai’s first Product Designer, you will wrap cutting-edge AI models into intuitive tools that scientists find indispensable for their work. You’ll own the end-to-end design process, user research, wire-frames, high-fidelity mock-ups, design system, and dashboards that scientist use to query models, visualize molecular structures, and interpret data with our AI in the loop. You’ll guide the product to optimize clarity, consistency, and user delight in a domain that is often cluttered and technical. After years of foundational R&D, Chai's models are moving beyond protein structure prediction into real-world therapeutic engineering. This is a chance to bring the most advanced AI drug design models to market, working alongside a craft-obsessed team of micro pessimists and macro-optimists.
