We’re working with a well-known consumer fintech looking to hire a Product Designer into one of their core product teams. The client: High-growth consumer fintech with a strong product and design culture. They’re focused on building simple, intuitive experiences that help customers better understand and manage their finances. The design bar is high, with a clear preference for modern, minimal, well-crafted products, particularly across native mobile. Product and design work closely with engineering, with teams set up to give real ownership and accountability over outcomes, not just outputs. The role: This role sits within a core product team focused on improving how customers engage with and manage their financial products. You’ll own a key part of the mobile experience end to end, from problem framing through to delivery, working closely with PM and engineering to shape what gets built and how it performs. There’s a strong focus on simplifying complex journeys, improving engagement, and driving product uptake, with design expected to have a clear impact on commercial metrics like usage and cross-sell. It’s a fast-moving environment, with an emphasis on shipping, iterating, and continuously improving the product experience.
