Job Description:

Product Designer role within International Wealth and Premier Banking at HSBC, creating best-in-class experiences for affluent customers globally across banking app and connected channels

Job Responsibility:

Influence and deliver digital roadmap to position HSBC at forefront of customer experience design
Elevate design quality and practice, championing design thinking
Ensure highest standard of craft, clarity and creativity across UX, UI and UX writing
Translate complex financial services and regulatory requirements into simple digital experiences
Conduct research and apply data to inform customer experiences
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to build trusted relationships

Requirements:

Proven experience designing digital products and services
Strong portfolio showcasing world-class product design across responsive and native platforms
Expertise in Figma, design systems, prototyping, and core UX disciplines
Experience in complex, regulated environments—ideally financial services
Working knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design
Collaborative, cross-functional mindset with ability to build trust across geographies
Capability for writing effective content in UK English
