Nebo is looking for a Product Designer who thrives in the dynamic gray areas of the design process, where high-level ideas meet complex execution. You will help define the design vision and ensure our products provide a seamless, world-class experience for our users. In this role, you won't just be making things look beautiful; you will be architecting experiences for complex products where the path forward isn't always linear. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, proficient in Figma, and ready to iterate and collaborate.
Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain sophisticated, scalable wireframes that clearly communicate functionality to developers and clients
Pivot and adapt wireframes based on evolving requirements, stakeholder feedback, and user feedback in a fast-paced agency environment
Transform ambiguous stakeholder and business goals into clear, executable design paths, ensuring every pixel serves a functional purpose
Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and engineers to ensure design feasibility and maintain high quality during the handoff and build phases
Apply a deep understanding of UX best practices to ensure that even the most complex tools remain intuitive and accessible
Comfortability jumping into complex wireframes, quickly grasping the logic, user flows, and technical constraints
Requirements:
3+ years of experience designing digital products (SaaS, dashboards, or complex enterprise tools)
The ability to map out complex user journeys and edge cases for intricate products
Experience utilizing rapid prototyping tools (like Claude Design, Lovable, Figma Make) in your design workflow and communicating complex concepts to stakeholders and/or engineering teams
Completed Bachelor’s degree program
Strong empathy and engagement skills to understand user wants, needs, and perceptions
Passion for creating human-centered, intuitive, and engaging digital experiences
Skill in translating business and user needs into strategic design solutions
Provide guidance and constructive feedback to junior / mid-level designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning
A portfolio that demonstrates your process for solving complex UX problems and articulates the “why” behind design choices
Strong creative communication skills to articulate design ideas, with an ability to contribute to collaborative discussions amongst team members
Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Figma
Nice to have:
Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate better handoffs
Experience with 3D interaction design
Experience working on UX Research and Optimization, i.e. Usability Testing, User Interviews, Data Synthesis, A/B testing, etc.
Practice with accessibility within design
