Job Description:

Lead design for Partnerships products in multiple teams within one of the fastest growing and impactful domains at Mollie. Work with Product Managers and Engineers to explore opportunities, improve and launch new financial products to make money management effortless for partners and their customers.

Job Responsibility:

Shape the vision by defining a design strategy and bringing it to life
Innovate by taking ideas from concept to reality alongside Product Managers, Engineers, User Researchers, and fellow designers
Experiment and iterate by identifying assumptions, designing experiments to validate them, and iterating based on data-driven insights
Drive change by being an entrepreneurial force and a role model who challenges the status quo

Requirements:

Strategic mindset to simplify complex problems into elegant solutions
Confident in tackling complex interaction challenges with a keen eye for visual details
Ability to prototype and validate quickly through user research
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ownership and initiative to advocate for ideas and manage work effectively
