Requirements

5+ years of product design experience

Job Responsibility

Lead the design process from concept to production for AI-driven solutions, working closely with clients and internal teams to address real user needs and iterate on feedback
Partner closely with product, engineering, and operations to work with leading AI labs—turning ambiguity into clear plans and rapidly designing solutions for emerging AI capabilities and real-world workflows
Work closely with customer and internal teams to understand their needs, uncover insights, and ensure solutions address real user problems
Own the end-to-end design process—from discovery and concept development through production-ready solutions and iteration based on real-world feedback
Design tailored, production-grade solutions for complex, high-impact customer needs, often with little precedent
Rapidly prototype and validate workflows, ship pragmatic solutions, and share learnings with internal teams so successful patterns can be incorporated into the core product
Deliver thoughtful visual and interaction design that balances usability, clarity, and scalability across both custom solutions and emerging platform capabilities
Clearly communicate design decisions, tradeoffs, and rationale, helping teams move quickly and make strong product decisions
Learn from shipped work—gathering feedback, analyzing outcomes, and iterating to improve the product over time
