We’re looking for a Product Designer to help lead design for Dev Tools, which is a major initiative at Figma and a key part of our customer base. In this role, you’ll be focused on the developer experience inside and outside of Figma, striving to close the loop between design and production. On the Dev Tools team, you might work on features like Dev Mode, Figma’s MCP server, Code Connect, AI-assisted development, and more. With an eye for simplicity and craft, curiosity for how product teams work together, and an appreciation for twisty technical challenges, you can help us reimagine how software will be created in the future.
