Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own two complementary responsibilities: leading the refactor and governance of our Design System, and—once the foundations are set—contributing as an embedded Product Designer within a squad. Phase 1 (~6 months): Fully dedicated to the Design System—building robust, scalable foundations, defining governance, and aligning the system with product and engineering needs. Phase 2 (ongoing): Embedded in a product squad, contributing to delivery and discovery, while maintaining stewardship of the Design System.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the refactor and governance of our Design System
  • Contribute as an embedded Product Designer within a squad
  • Audit and refactor existing components, tokens, and patterns into a coherent, scalable architecture
  • Build a multi-brand theming system
  • Define and implement the governance model
  • Partner with a dedicated DS Engineering team to ensure Figma–code parity
  • Drive adoption across squads through documentation, training, and health metrics
  • Lead design projects end-to-end from discovery to final specs
  • Rapidly produce concepts and prototypes
  • Translate user insights, technical constraints, and business needs into well-crafted, data-informed solutions
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, PMs, and researchers

Requirements

  • Proven experience refactoring and scaling a Design System in production
  • Strong systems thinking and UI craft, with experience defining governance and enforcing standards
  • Experience with scalable token architecture and automated distribution pipelines
  • Proven experience as a product designer at a consumer-focused tech company
  • Strong UX and visual design skills, with a sharp eye for mobile and responsive web experiences
  • Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in cross-functional, remote-friendly teams

Nice to have

  • Solid understanding of HTML/CSS/JS
  • cross-browser knowledge and semantic HTML best practices are a strong plus
  • Multi-brand theming and AI workflow integration experience are a bonus

What we offer

  • Attractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance
  • 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences
  • Home office friendly
  • Health insurance
  • Flexible remuneration with a 100% tax exemption through Cobee
  • English Lessons
  • Gympass Membership
  • Possibility to receive in advance part of your salary by Payflow
