Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product UX Designer to join our product team. This role will be pivotal in shaping the user experience of our core platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interaction design, proficiency in Figma, and a deep understanding of human perception and cognition. You will collaborate closely with our lead designer on the marketing team to balance brand aesthetic design with functional and user-centric design. Job Responsibility:

  • Create intuitive, user-centered designs for our products, focusing on how users interact with the interface
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights on user behaviour and preferences
  • Develop interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate design ideas and gather feedback
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and the marketing design team to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions
  • Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that illustrate the user experience
  • Plan and execute usability tests, analyse results, and iterate designs based on user feedback
  • Contribute to and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across all products
  • Apply principles of human perception and cognition to design interfaces that are easy to use and understand
  • Present design concepts and research findings to stakeholders, clearly articulating design decisions and the rationale behind them

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in UX design, particularly in interaction design and usability. Mobile app experience is strongly preferred
  • Proficient in Figma and other relevant design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD)
  • Strong skills in user research, including conducting interviews, surveys, and usability testing
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in interaction design and user-centered design processes
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and advocate for design solutions effectively
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
  • Candidates will need to have the right to work in the jurisdiction that they are looking to work in
