We're responsible for the user experience on Back Market for customers with after sales issues, customer service agents and sellers of refurbished tech. We improve and innovate through designing, prototyping, testing, and iterating. We evolve it in collaboration with extraordinary people. We do this because we want to make the world a better place (that sounds cheesy, but we mean it!).
