Job Responsibility:

  • Designing expressive, human-centered solutions that expertly balance emotion and function, while aligning with internal system guidelines
  • Communicating clear perspectives on customer experiences and their underlying rationale using diverse visual storytelling techniques
  • Rapidly visualizing concepts for new product experiences or enhancing existing ones
  • Partnering with product, engineering, research, and design teams to create beautiful and inclusive expressive content that delights and engages customers
  • Creating or implementing prototypes and assisting with presentations, collaborating effectively with other design teams on shared initiatives
  • Developing style guidelines, specifications, or other deliverables to document the essential elements of a design solution for development or future use
  • Actively representing the design perspective and collaborating with engineering and product teams to champion customer excellence
  • Applying an obsessive eye for detail to ensure quality fit and finish for all product releases

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of UX design / UI design / product design work experience
  • A compelling portfolio demonstrating excellence in user experience and interaction design, visual design, creativity, and compelling storytelling
  • Ability to discuss and present an in-depth knowledge of standard design principles: color, typography, layout, brand
  • Excellent and clear communication skills
  • Experience in planning and delivering work independently within a collaborative, multi-discipline team
  • Bachelor’s degree in interaction design, visual communication, human-computer interaction, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficiency in advanced prototyping tools, adept at translating design specifications into tangible prototypes, including motion design
  • A strong customer-centric mindset
  • The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment via exceptional time management skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience with brand and marketing design, icon design, or typographic design
  • Familiarity with emerging AI technologies
