Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end design efforts for key workflows, including landing pages, navigation, product discovery, and post-purchase processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed specifications to support development and quality assurance
  • Manage and own core customer journeys, ensuring clarity, trust, and compliance within complex environments
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to identify friction points, plan usability tests, and implement prioritized improvements
  • Partner with Data Science, ML, and other teams to design AI-augmented features that enhance user experience, transparency, and safety.

Requirements

  • 5-6+ years of experience in digital product design, with a portfolio demonstrating complex workflow and experience design
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring in agile environments from discovery to delivery
  • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, FigJam, or Miro, with a solid understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
  • Excellent collaboration skills in working with engineers, product managers, legal, and compliance teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
