Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end design efforts for key workflows, including landing pages, navigation, product discovery, and post-purchase processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed specifications to support development and quality assurance
Manage and own core customer journeys, ensuring clarity, trust, and compliance within complex environments
Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to identify friction points, plan usability tests, and implement prioritized improvements
Partner with Data Science, ML, and other teams to design AI-augmented features that enhance user experience, transparency, and safety.
Requirements:
5-6+ years of experience in digital product design, with a portfolio demonstrating complex workflow and experience design
Proven experience leading or mentoring in agile environments from discovery to delivery
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, FigJam, or Miro, with a solid understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
Excellent collaboration skills in working with engineers, product managers, legal, and compliance teams
Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
