Job Description

Are you a Product Design leader who enjoys mentoring teams and shaping high-quality, user-focused products? Easygo is looking for a Team Lead to elevate design quality and drive impact across one of our products. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead and mentor a talented design team, shaping both their growth and the quality of the work they produce. You’ll influence product strategy, contribute to key design decisions, and see your impact reflected in the experiences we deliver to our users. You’ll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where design is valued, experimentation is encouraged, and your leadership helps raise the bar across the product. As a Product Design Team Lead at Easygo, you’ll balance hands-on design with leadership and mentorship. You’ll guide your team through complex design challenges, provide actionable feedback, and support their growth while ensuring high-quality outcomes across the product. You’ll also mentor a small, interstate-based team, with occasional travel to strengthen relationships, support collaboration, and ensure alignment across locations. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners, you’ll help shape priorities, influence product direction, and define success metrics. You’ll also contribute to design standards, processes, and best practices, elevating the impact and consistency of design across the team.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product design experience
  • At least 2 years in a senior or lead role
  • Proven track record delivering exceptional digital products from concept to execution
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and growing a small design team
  • Strong hands-on design skills and ability to balance delivery with leadership responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to align design decisions with product and business goals
  • Experience working in tech-driven or fast-paced digital product environments
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, able to influence product direction and roadmap decisions
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements

Nice to have

  • Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous

  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom
