Job Responsibility

Focus on observations, research and analytics
Translate high-level ideas into tangible, user-centered requirements
Coordinate with the rest of the product design team and product managers to create consistent experience language and seamless user flows across products
Develop workflows, wireframes, visual designs, specifications and interactive prototypes
Present design rationale to stakeholders and the wider business
Collaborate with the rest of the product team to discover, define, and prioritize design work
Share your knowledge in design review sessions to socialize design and raise team profile across the organization
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary

An undergraduate (or master's) degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
Solid product development experience, with a track record of delivering complex consumer goods from concept to manufacture
An ability to effectively manage time whilst working to tight critical paths on multiple projects
