XR Tech Design accelerates human-centric computing by building foundational XR AI technologies and experiences. Our mission is to create a future where XR AI is seamlessly integrated into everyday life, helping people focus on what matters most. We play a key role in driving innovation across Reality Labs by shaping new technologies and integrating them into the broader product ecosystem. Our team collaborates closely with the Wearables and Metaverse product groups to develop groundbreaking features and experiences that push the boundaries of what’s possible. Our work spans multiple investment areas including; Codec avatars, immersive virtual spaces contextual and generative AI, natural interaction, inputs, precise navigation systems, advanced audio technologies, and much more.
