As the Product Design Lead, you will plan and execute design activities on projects. This starts by working with sponsors and senior stakeholders to set the vision. You'll work with other subject matter experts to develop a holistic understanding of people, technology, data and their interdependencies. You will be deeply integrated into the product development lifecycle, with a focus on creating products people use that solve real problems.

communicate ideas to stakeholders
justify design decisions
support new business development efforts
support day-to-day execution of project plan
act as design ambassador by attending and leading community events, workshops and conferences
Requirements
Experience with creation and delivery of digital products and services
working in agile teams
transferring proofs of concept for implementation
Nice to have
Ability to create concept models at both the user and systems level
fluent in articulating links between client problem, human experience and proposed solutions from a business value perspective
curiosity, interest and experience in experimenting with emerging technologies
strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
understanding of other design specializations including Visual Design, Content Design, and Business Design
