Create Music Group is building a modular, next-generation platform that powers the entire lifecycle of a modern record label: from discovery and signing, through distribution, marketing, analytics, and beyond. Our mission is to give artists, labels, and their teams the tools to work smarter, move faster, and unlock new creative and commercial opportunities. We’re looking for a Product Design Lead, Systems & Practice — a hands-on design leader who defines what great looks like by designing it. You’ll shape the systems, culture, and craft that make great design scalable, while staying close to the pixels, patterns, and people that bring it to life. This role is about creating the design DNA that connects every experience across our platform — transforming complexity into clarity and shaping how design happens at Create, not just what it looks like. You’ll combine deep design thinking, customer insight, and emerging AI capabilities to evolve our foundations and elevate design as a creative force across the company.
