Job Description:

Ataccama is a global software company building modern data management solutions. We are looking for a Product Design Intern who will join our strong (12+ members) design team to grow and learn what it takes to design an enterprise B2B SaaS product. Your experience at Ataccama will be equally as challenging as it will be rewarding. You will grow through ambiguity, experiment through trial and error, and navigate complexity. Throughout your internship, you will receive support from your mentor and buddy. By the end, you will understand how design shapes enterprise products and how thoughtful design decisions drive real business outcomes, providing you with valuable experience and guidance for the next step of your career!

Job Responsibility:

Take ownership of your journey
Learn what it truly means to be a product designer, from framing problems and balancing usability, feasibility, and business value to collaborating with engineers and fellow designers, getting feedback on your work in design review sessions, and continuously refining your ideas
Progress from smaller, guided tasks to more complex challenges as you gain confidence and experience
Become part of an existing team or initiative and work on real design problems that shape the product and reach our users
Experience what it’s like to design in a B2B enterprise environment, working within a large system, understanding business metrics, and learning how great design drives real outcomes

Requirements:

Based in Prague
Currently in final year of studies or a recent graduate
Self-driven and proactive
Sense of ownership
Ability to explore options to make an impact
Communicates clearly in English
Open to feedback and eager to learn
Can handle ambiguity and setbacks
Genuinely interested in product design, complex products, B2B, and design systems
Understands basic interaction design principles
Comfortable in Figma
Some experience with UI design
Enjoys understanding complex systems and making them simple
Organised
Manages time and priorities
