Job Description:

The Associate is responsible for completing in-store food and non-food demonstrations. Acquires and maintains knowledge of products represented. Prepares, serves, and breaks down product, equipment, and supplies. Intercepts consumers and demonstrates products in a professional manner. Maintains an overall professional appearance consistent with the requirements of the job.

Job Responsibility:

  • Complete in-store food and non-food demonstrations

  • Prepare, serve, and break down product, equipment, and supplies
  • Intercept consumers and demonstrate products in a professional manner
  • Maintain an overall professional appearance
  • Proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product
  • Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances
  • Maintain a clean, sterile and safe work station using cleaning chemicals
  • Properly set up and prepare Event Table for execution
  • Achieve 100% execution on assigned work
  • Assist with preparation for client visits and complete audit corrections
  • Build and maintain rapport with store personnel
  • Complete expense reports as per Company Policy
  • Accurately prepare and submit all on-line requirements on the same day as Event execution
  • Access the internet, navigate company’s electronic systems, use Microsoft Outlook, and view assigned documents

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • one to three months’ related experience and/or training preferred
  • or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient in ability to use and navigate on a personal computer or personal mobile device using applications and internal systems
  • Local Food handlers permit may be required
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for the shift, use hands and fingers, reach, talk, hear, see, stoop, kneel, squat, climb, balance, lift and carry up to 25 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds), push and pull a wheeled cart, prepare foods and beverages using appliances, be in contact with cleaning supplies
  • English is the primary language skill
  • bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity
