Job Description

Mollie Capital is on a clear path: grow from a proven single-product cash advance business into Mollie's primary credit and liquidity platform, for both existing and new merchants. As Product Delivery Manager, you will own the first and most critical part of that journey: maximising the current backbook by driving proactive, sales-led conversions, expanding into new European markets, and maturing the credit risk controls that keep that growth sustainable. You will work across a cross-functional team of engineers, analytics, and machine learning to deliver credit solutions that keep merchants liquid while protecting Mollie from financial loss. That means pairing fast liquidity with predictive risk management, using data-driven insights to identify high-exposure situations before they become defaults. The problem is defined. Your job is to build the right solutions, execute with precision, and deliver outcomes that matter in a regulated, multi-market environment where both pace and quality count.

Job Responsibility

  • Backbook Conversion: Drive proactive conversion of the existing Capital backbook through sales-led initiatives, directly enabling more merchants to access the liquidity they need to grow
  • Market Expansion: Expand Mollie Capital's footprint into new European markets, managing the complexity of regulated credit environments across multiple geographies
  • Credit Risk Maturity: Work closely with analytics and machine learning capabilities within the team to mature credit risk controls and deliver smarter, safer lending decisions
  • High-Quality Execution: Deliver timely, well-scoped product improvements in a complex, regulated environment where precision and pace both matter
  • Strategic Positioning: Contribute to establishing Mollie Capital as the primary credit and liquidity platform for both existing and new merchants

Requirements

  • Product Experience: You have a solid track record in a product delivery or product management role within a high-growth tech environment (FinTech or Payments is a plus). You know what excellent execution looks like and have experience leading complex, technical projects
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with financial services, credit products, or lending. You understand the regulatory nuances and commercial stakes that come with operating in this space
  • Analytical Skills: Comfort working alongside analytics and machine learning teams, with the ability to interrogate data and translate insights into product decisions
  • An Execution Mindset: You are hands-on and solution-oriented. You thrive when moving from problem definition to delivery, and you do not wait for perfect conditions to act
  • Resilience: The ability to manage multiple stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and maintain momentum in a fast-moving, high-expectations environment

Nice to have

FinTech or Payments is a plus
