We are seeking a highly technical Product Delivery Manager III to drive the operational excellence of our Grid Resiliency portfolio. This is a mission-critical role centered on the development, maintenance, and architectural governance of applications within the Palantir Foundry ecosystem, specifically supporting Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) wildfire mitigation programs.
Job Responsibility:
Lead software code development and management within Foundry’s Code and Function repositories
Implement reusable transform logic, manage version control (branching strategies), and optimize code for distributed execution
Provide overall architectural governance for Foundry, including Ontology design, pipeline/DAG execution architecture, and integration patterns for SaaS/PaaS solutions
Maintain ETL processes and quality control
Utilize Foundry’s Resource Management tools to analyze compute consumption, storage utilization, and workload efficiency
Collaborate with infrastructure providers and enterprise cloud teams to ensure seamless application access and integrated service delivery (Plan, Deliver, Run)
Provide ongoing maintenance (break/fix, patch releases) and support business-critical functions in compliance with mandated wildfire and CPUC guidelines
Navigate ambiguous problems in live production environments and communicate incident status and technical risks clearly to stakeholders
Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in Python (specifically PySpark or Polars) and TypeScript
Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry tools: Workshop, Quiver, Pipeline Builder, Code Repositories, and Data Connection
Deep understanding of Foundry Ontology design and object-based data modeling
Experience designing and maintaining applications with a strong depth in data platforms and lineage analysis
Familiarity with compute agents, hosting infrastructure, and deployment lifecycle management
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
Nice to have:
Previous experience in the Utilities sector or Grid Resilience is highly preferred
Proven track record in complex operational workflows with tight support timelines
