Job Description

As a Product Data Assistant, you will support the maintenance and quality of product information across our systems. You will play an important role in ensuring that product data is accurate, complete, and consistent, helping to deliver a seamless customer experience and support efficient business operations. Through your attention to detail and structured approach, you will contribute to maintaining high data quality standards across Westwing’s product assortment. This position is limited to 3-6 months and based in Warsaw.

Job Responsibility

  • Review and validate product data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems
  • Update and maintain product attributes in line with internal guidelines and quality standards
  • Perform product data clean-up activities and conducting quality assurance checks across a large number of SKUs
  • Identify, investigate, and correct data inconsistencies, defects, and missing information
  • Support the team with routine product data maintenance and administrative tasks
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of product data quality across Westwing’s assortment
  • Manage priorities effectively while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience in data management, content operations, quality assurance, or similar administrative roles is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work efficiently on repetitive, process-driven tasks while maintaining quality standards
  • Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Proactive, reliable, and structured approach to work
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
  • English proficiency at level C1 or above

Nice to have

Previous experience in data management, content operations, quality assurance, or similar administrative roles is an advantage
