In this role, you will use analytical and technical skills including strong Python and SQL knowledge to explore data, uncover trends, and deliver recommendations that drive strategic initiatives. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Product, Data, and Business teams to identify opportunities, analyze results, and support data-driven decision-making, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility

  • Support product and business decision-making by translating requirements into clear analytical questions and delivering actionable insights
  • Perform in-depth analysis using SQL, Python, and statistical techniques to evaluate product performance, user behavior, and business metrics
  • Build data pipelines, automation scripts, and analytical tools to streamline analysis processes
  • Create self-service dashboards and reports when appropriate, with the primary focus on generating insights and recommendations
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by applying robust validation and quality checks

Requirements

  • Proficient in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
  • Experienced in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.) for data analysis, modeling, and automation
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods and A/B testing for experimental analysis
  • Skilled in using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to create clear and insightful dashboards
  • Experienced in building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes for efficient data management
  • Strong ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and structured problem-solving approaches
