Job Description:

In this critical role, you will be the analytical engine powering our product development and strategic decisions, ultimately giving our patients the best & most appropriate experience based on their mental health needs. You will be embedded within cross-functional squads (Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, Clinical), translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive patient and therapist satisfaction and accelerate business growth. This role is perfect for someone who isn’t just a data processor but a proactive, curious, and skeptical partner who constantly questions the 'why' and meticulously sense-checks every assumption.

Job Responsibility:

  • Be a Data Storyteller: Partner with product managers, engineers, and marketers to define & measure KPIs, understand user behavior, and interpret the performance of our product features. You'll go beyond the numbers to explain the "so what" to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Drive Experimentation: Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests, providing rigorous, statistically sound insights that inform our product roadmap and strategy
  • Perform Deep Dive Analysis: Conduct sophisticated ad-hoc analyses to uncover commercial insights, identify growth opportunities, and diagnose friction points in the patient journey
  • Build Analytical Tools: Develop and maintain high-quality data models, dashboards, and reporting (using tools like Tableau, and Metabase) that enable teams to monitor performance autonomously
  • Promote Data Literacy: Simplify and clearly communicate complex analytical findings, ensuring that everyone in the squad—regardless of their technical background—can contribute their best to data-informed decisions
  • Uphold Our Mission: Maintain a constant focus on how data can help us improve the patient experience, supporting Unobravo's mission to reduce the stigma associated with mental health

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role, preferably within a fast-paced tech or e-commerce environment
  • Advanced SQL Proficiency: High-level ability to write complex, efficient queries, ideally within an environment like AWS Redshift
  • Strong Scripting Skills: Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and modeling
  • Experimentation Expertise: Proven experience in the design (sample size calculation, defining metrics), execution, and interpretation of A/B tests
  • Data Visualization & Reporting: Hands-on experience building compelling, interactive dashboards using modern BI tools like Tableau or Metabase
  • Exceptional Communication: Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts and results to non-technical audiences clearly and confidently

Nice to have:

  • Commercial Acumen: You possess a strong business sense and understand how product metrics translate into commercial success
  • Deep Curiosity & Skepticism: You have a relentless attention to detail, are a naturally proactive learner, and always approach data with a critical eye, never taking results at face value
  • Remote Work Mastery: Proven ability to thrive in a remote-first setting with excellent self-management and organizational practices
  • Interest in Mental Health: A genuine interest in the mental health space and a passion for using data to ensure both patients and therapists have an exceptional, needs-meeting experience
What we offer:
  • Flexibility That Works for You: You can work from anywhere within your country of hire, as long as it’s a safe location with a suitable workspace
  • Desk Here, Desk There: We’ll support you with a home workstation budget to perfect your setup and up to two coworking sessions a month to connect with your teammates
  • Scaling with purpose: Step into a work environment that's in constant motion, and ever-evolving
  • Everyone Needs Unobravo: Get access to exclusive discounts on psychotherapy sessions with our professionals
  • Moments That Matter: Enjoy unforgettable company retreats, team-building experiences, nationwide aperitivo parties and more
  • Free Online Language Training: Enjoy a free membership and conversation courses on our language platform
  • Birthday Off: All employees can enjoy a day off on the month of their birthday
  • World Mental Health Day, Our Way: On World Mental Health Day, we step back together, giving each of us an additional day off to rest, reflect and recharge
  • Inclusive Parental Leave: Enjoy extra days off to celebrate the arrival of your little ones. Available for all parents, including biological fathers, same-sex parents, adoptive, and foster parents
