Join Our Fast-Growing Touring Division at Ignite! At Ignite, our rapidly expanding Touring division is on a mission to open a world of happiness for our suppliers, people and customers. We are seeking a dynamic Product Coordinator to support our Product Managers with day-to-day product administration. This fast-paced role is the perfect pathway to learn the intricacies of touring product development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Product Managers with hands-on administration of the full product lifecycle, from product build and maintenance to trip evaluation
  • Coordinate accurate product load on systems and websites
  • Assist with pricing, inventory management and flight estimations
  • Review advertising material and customer travel documentation
  • Communicate product updates with internal sales and marketing teams
  • Assist internal teams with product Q&A and timely delivery of passenger manifests and travel documentation
  • Liaise with suppliers before and during trips to ensure the smooth tour operations
  • Conduct post-tour quality evaluation and escalate customer feedback

Requirements:

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, GDS and travel systems
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

  • Ensure timely delivery of all products to venues which requires monitoring multiple projects at once and constant communication with respective parties
  • Coordinate couriers for sample shipments and handle logistics for tour freight
  • Stay up to date on project details, provide timely updates to supervisor, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned to keep projects moving forward
  • Manage and maintain the touring calendar to track all ongoing and upcoming shows and events
  • Support the tour lead with preparation and execution, both in-office and on-site during shows as needed
  • Monitor work-back schedules and assist with day-to-day tour operations
  • Help manage last-minute changes or issues under the direction of a supervisor
  • Input data into AtVenu for each show, including product details, images, counts, and shipment notifications
  • Submit and track invoices from vendors, freight companies, suppliers and other parties
