Job Responsibility

  • Set up and manage market intelligence database that includes competitive pricing, specifications, specific market issues, new product requests and other relevant market information
  • Work cross functionally for process improvements and other initiatives such as value engineering
  • Work closely with the operations team to make sure item launches run smoothly
  • Responsible for label creation and maintenance
  • Responsible for KSoft item creation and maintenance as well as ownership of item specification sheets and other product related support items
  • Participate in and review all first-article production runs, assuring compliance with market requirements and approving first article runs in production
  • Compile market comparisons of flooring quality and analyze risks
  • Handle daily inquiries from internal departments regarding product issues
  • Maintain product data on customer web pages including product descriptions, product specifications, warranty information, pricing, and product overview
  • Coordinate all sampling for customer meetings, product planning and execution.
