Job Description:

Join our expanding Citi Finance Team and make your own progress in a supportive and friendly environment! As part of the Markets Controllers Analytics Team you will work with a team of diverse and supportive professionals, who are representing Markets Controllers in end-to-end process transformation programs in the areas of Adjustment Reduction, SACCR RWA and Data Quality.

Job Responsibility:

Performing Data Analysis and tracing to identify key Data Quality Issues impacting Markets Controllers and determining root cause
Creating ideas and insight of how the Markets Controllers process can be improved, simplified and operate more effectively
Contributing to the execution of regulatory remediation related to Data Quality Issues
Working closely and establish excellent business relationships with all areas of the Finance department, liaising with the Risk Management, Finance Technology and Front Office Technology teams
Efficiently solving complex, ambiguous problems/situations and identify opportunities to add value
Using effective escalation to ensure issues are highlighted in a timely manner. Focus on recurring issues and drive through enhancement projects and systems fixes

Requirements:

6+ years experience in a related role
Experience in financial control, valuation or related discipline
Financial products and valuation related knowledge
Evidence of robust control focus
Good command of spoken and written English
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Strong PC skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Hands-on. Must have a good eye for detail, but also be able to step back and see the bigger strategic picture
