Job Responsibility
Support manufacturing specifications and Bills of Materials (BOMs) throughout the product lifecycle
Plan, schedule, track, and coordinate the delivery of prototype samples supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining programs
Partner with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to resolve material shortages, production constraints, and scheduling risks
Develop sample schedules, labor loading, and capacity plans based on engineering requirements and production specifications
Monitor manufacturing schedules to ensure material availability and on-time execution of prototype builds
Drive small- to medium-scale process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and productivity
Provide operational support for engineering development activities and contribute to successful product launches
Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to ensure program milestones and customer commitments are achieved
Support additional operational projects and initiatives as business needs evolve

Experience with material planning, production scheduling, logistics, or supply chain operations
Familiarity with Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manufacturing processes
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Process-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience supporting prototype builds or electronic component manufacturing is a plus
Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing, New Product Introduction (NPI), or supply chain operations is a plus
