Job Responsibility

  • Support manufacturing specifications and Bills of Materials (BOMs) throughout the product lifecycle
  • Plan, schedule, track, and coordinate the delivery of prototype samples supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining programs
  • Partner with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to resolve material shortages, production constraints, and scheduling risks
  • Develop sample schedules, labor loading, and capacity plans based on engineering requirements and production specifications
  • Monitor manufacturing schedules to ensure material availability and on-time execution of prototype builds
  • Drive small- to medium-scale process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and productivity
  • Provide operational support for engineering development activities and contribute to successful product launches
  • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to ensure program milestones and customer commitments are achieved
  • Support additional operational projects and initiatives as business needs evolve
