Job Description

Our Marketing team is growing, and we’re looking for a Product & Content Marketing Lead to help shape how millions of users understand, adopt, and engage with WeWard — by turning product features into clear value, strong narratives, and meaningful habits.

Job Responsibility

  • Craft and execute innovative marketing strategies that clearly communicate our product’s features and benefits, across both existing users and prospect
  • Leverage customer insights, stay on top of market trends, and make the most of news cycles and trends to boost product adoption and success
  • Refine content and copy across all communication channels to create a timely and consistent narrative that attracts and retains users
  • Elevate and effectively position WeWard’s brand across multiple channels, including app stores and our website
  • Oversee social media and press communications by managing dedicated teams to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging that resonates with our audience
  • Forge visibility partnerships, participate in events, and seek award opportunities to solidify our market positioning
  • Bring bold, out-of-the-box thinking to continuously refresh WeWard’s storytelling and creative direction
  • Set a creative bar that combines originality with performance, crafting narratives that stand out, resonate emotionally, and convert attention into action
  • Act as a creative sparring partner to product, design, and growth teams to push ideas further and unlock new angles of engagement
  • Meticulously analyzing user feedback, market trends, and engagement metrics is key to inform and refine marketing strategies
  • Your ability to put yourself in our users’ shoes will guide you in crafting relevant and impactful marketing materials
  • Lead and mentor a talented and gritty team of 4, including 3 in Community Management and 1 in Press/Comms
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing product marketing team

Requirements

  • 5+ years in impactful product marketing roles, crafting category-defining marketing strategies and campaigns
  • A demonstrated experience in the mobile app industry, showcasing your ability to navigate and excel in this rapidly-evolving landscape
