As Product & Content Marketing Associate, you will sit at the strategic intersection of Product, Marketing, and Revenue, helping shape how Radix brings innovation to market. You will play a critical role in translating complex data products and enhancements into differentiated value propositions that resonate with multifamily investors, operators, and owners. Your work will directly impact how quickly and effectively Radix’s solutions gain adoption across both B2B and B2C audiences. This is an opportunity to help build and scale the product marketing foundation at a high growth SaaS company redefining an industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that clearly articulates Radix’s differentiated value across the multifamily ecosystem
  • Translate product roadmap updates, feature releases, and enhancements into customer facing narratives that drive engagement and adoption
  • Support end to end go to market execution for new features and product launches, including messaging briefs, launch plans, and cross functional coordination
  • Partner with Product to deeply understand user needs, workflows, and use cases, ensuring messaging reflects real customer value
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to equip revenue teams with product narratives, feature explanations, and supporting collateral
  • Maintain and evolve product pages, feature libraries, and supporting materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and strategic alignment
  • Draft release notes, feature announcements, email campaigns, blog content, and other GTM assets that reinforce Radix’s category leadership
  • Conduct competitive and market research to inform positioning, differentiation, and messaging strategy
  • Strengthen messaging consistency across B2B and B2C touchpoints, ensuring unified terminology and value articulation
  • Help establish scalable product marketing processes that connect roadmap updates to coordinated marketing execution

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, SaaS marketing, or a related role
  • Experience supporting product launches or go to market initiatives in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to translate complex, technical concepts into clear, persuasive messaging
  • Strong curiosity and a desire to deeply understand product functionality, customer pain points, and market dynamics
  • Resilience and comfort operating in ambiguity within a high growth startup environment
  • Adaptability and eagerness to take ownership as responsibilities expand alongside company growth
  • Experience working in or strong desire to work in a high growth SaaS startup where speed, iteration, and accountability matter
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, product road mapping systems, CMS platforms, or marketing automation tools is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • A collaborative mindset with the confidence to partner cross functionally across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
