You'll be part of our Customer Support & Training team led by Alice, Manager Customer Training, based in Bordeaux. The team consists of around ten professionals including Support Engineers, Product Content specialists, and Training Project managers covering a worldwide scope. Together, you'll be empowering Mirakl's customers and internal teams through world-class training content and knowledge management. As an intern, you'll work closely with the Training and Product content teams to create and design educational materials that enable users to get the most out of Mirakl's platform.
Job Responsibility:
Design and produce engaging content across multiple formats (video, e-learning, written documentation) in collaboration with Training and Product Content teams, utilizing tools like Guidde, Mindsmith, Veed, Paligo, and Confluence
Structure and optimize diverse content sources to feed our Digital Agent, organizing content architecture and metadata to enable intelligent self-service and autonomous issue resolution for users
Identify training requirements and content gaps by engaging with internal teams and external users, proposing actionable solutions to improve discoverability and effectiveness
Leverage AI-driven analytics to track learner engagement, measure content performance, and adapt materials dynamically based on user interactions and data insights
Work closely with Product experts, Technical teams, and Customer Success to ensure content remains accurate, relevant, and up-to-date across all knowledge sources
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Communication, Content Design, Knowledge Management, Digital Learning, Technical Documentation, or a related field
Experience in video production, multimedia content creation, or technical documentation writing is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Technical proficiency with multimedia and documentation tools, with eagerness to explore AI technologies
Content architecture and knowledge management understanding to optimize materials for users and AI-powered agents
Solution-oriented and agile mindset, thriving when switching between teams and managing multiple priorities
Creativity and user-centricity with strong focus on learning impact
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
French: Native or fluent (required)
English: B2 minimum (required)
