Job Description

We are looking for a Product Configuration Lead - EDI & Customer Data Exchange/Integration within Digital & Technology Platforms Services (DTPS) to act as the key player in analyzing the business requirement, writing technical & functional specifications & proposing solution design to build & deliver a digital product that meets business expectations. The ideal candidate will ensure long term solution design stability, maintainability, compliance & data integrity according to the CCH landscape & standards. EDI ensures seamless data transfer between various business systems, guaranteeing accurate and efficient transaction processing. Indirect sales services integration into the company's current operations optimizes the workflow and ensures smooth and efficient delivery.

Job Responsibility

  • Contribute to the product lifecycle together with the product manager from conception to retirement (Business, information, data, systems, financials, delivery & maintenance). Help product manager in driving backlog prioritization and sprint objective definition
  • Collaborate with business and analyses requirements. Turn them into functional/technical specifications, including effort estimation.
  • Configuration and customization of the Product, achieved, in line with agreed architecture and, where needed, in collaboration with developers. Consistency of master data, transactional data ensured across systems in line with reporting needs
  • Integration across Products and between technology components conforms to best architecture practices and serves the business process needs
  • UI/UX solution aspects aligned with an expert/vendor, with product owner and Business stakeholders as well as Countries
  • A/B testing when appropriate
  • All product quality gates passed with demonstrated end-to-end quality engineering mindset
  • timely corrective actions carried out where applicable.
  • Regular and reliable releases to production achieved along best practices of DevSecOps, and with no business disruption.
  • Act as a role model, strive towards adding value and inspire all stakeholders to deliver beyond set objectives (agility & speed).
  • Participate in complex (Cross-Stream, Cross Functional) discussions with stakeholders when determining the functional/technical requirements/capabilities needs to meet business goals.
  • Create a great working environment through positive mindset and can-do attitude in the project team

Requirements

  • Knowledge of EDI standards: Understanding the basic data formats used in data processing, for example, EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML, ECOD).
  • Data transfer protocols: Understanding the principles and experience of working with transport protocols such as AS2, FTP/SFTP, API.
  • Data transformation: Mapping skills — mapping data from an internal system format (for example, IDoc) to an EDI format and vice versa.
  • Experience working with EDI platforms: The ability to set up EDI translators and work with electronic document management providers. Experience configuring incoming and outgoing messages (ORDERS, ORDRSP, DESADV, INVOICE, etc.).
  • ERP/WMS integration: Skills in setting up data exchange between the EDI platform and internal accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, and WMS systems.
  • Technical skills and standards Programming languages and formats: Knowledge of XML, XSLT, SQL (for working with databases) and knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Java, etc.) for process automation. (Nice to have, advantage)
  • Hands-on design, configuration, testing and go-live experience with SAP S4, EDI, Integrations following company security standards.
  • University Degree in a relevant area
  • 3+ years’ experience with EDI, integration with SAP S/4 backend or any similary technology. Seeburger Business Integration Suite experience is considered a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in leading teams from a technical perspective.
  • Awareness of various project management practices (waterfall, agile, hybrid) with working experience with Scaled Agile or similar frameworks being an advantage
  • FMCG Commercial business process awareness will be considered as an advantage
  • Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills and English proficiency

  • Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Java, etc.) for process automation
