The Compliance Coordinator supports the certification and registration of consumer products across global markets. This role focuses on managing compliance documentation, coordinating regulatory submissions, and assisting with testing and approval activities. Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate documentation and regulatory submissions required for product certifications and registrations
  • Maintain accurate, well-organized compliance records, including test reports, certificates, and regulatory filings
  • Support safety and EMC compliance activities, including test coordination and approval documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams, testing laboratories, and certification bodies to gather information and track progress
  • Monitor compliance requirements, timelines, and approvals using internal systems and spreadsheets
  • Prepare compliance summaries, reports, and presentation materials for internal stakeholders
  • Ensure document accuracy, version control, and compliance with record retention requirements
  • Assist with internal audits and compliance reviews as needed

  • Familiarity with South African compliance (SABS) and NRCS Letters of Authority (LOA)
  • Exposure to EMC testing and EMC Certificates of Compliance (CoC)
  • Experience working with testing laboratories, certification bodies, or compliance tracking systems
