Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Product Coach to join our team and play a key role in driving product mindset and practices across the organization, focusing on coaching Product Managers and Product Owners, sharing knowledge about the product discovery, development and measurement. Product-oriented mindset and experience with coaching product organization, or product management experience, will be essential in this role. You will be part of the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE), guiding product leaders, executives, and teams to develop a product mindset and achieve business agility. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding leaders through change, enhancing collaboration, and driving meaningful business outcomes. Job Responsibility:

  • Provide tailored coaching to Product Managers, leaders, and teams throughout the Product Development Process
  • Collaborate with product leaders to create clear strategies and outcome-based plans
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive Product Management training programs
  • Develop tools, templates, and written guidance to support Product Managers
  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in product outcomes
  • Foster growth and development of Product Managers and Product Owners as coach, mentor, and teacher

  • Deep understanding of Product Management practices, including mindset, values, and tools
