Product Coach

We are looking for an experienced Product Coach to join our team and play a key role in driving product mindset and practices across the organization, focusing on coaching Product Managers and Product Owners, sharing knowledge about the product discovery, development and measurement. Product-oriented mindset and experience with coaching product organization, or product management experience, will be essential in this role. You will be part of the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE), guiding product leaders, executives, and teams to develop a product mindset and achieve business agility. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding leaders through change, enhancing collaboration, and driving meaningful business outcomes.
