We are looking for an experienced Product Category Lead (Interim) to take full ownership of product marketing within the Nordic region. This role leads end-to-end strategy and execution for the full product portfolio, including Machines, CO₂ Cylinders, Flavors, and Bottles, to deliver strong go-to-market performance across Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark. This is a hands-on, senior role suited for a self-driven leader who can operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across local and global teams.
Job Responsibility:
Own and manage the full Sodastream category portfolio and product lifecycle across all categories
Develop and execute product introduction plans and GTM strategies across Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark
Define, implement, and manage pricing strategies to maximize profitability and competitiveness
Work closely with Sales teams to support sell-in and sell-out performance
Analyze market data, consumer trends, and competitive insights to support decision-making and performance improvement
Partner closely with Brand Communication and Trade Marketing to ensure aligned messaging, campaigns, and activations
Collaborate with global and regional category teams to adapt strategies for local market needs and leverage best practices
Operate independently while managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within Small Domestic Appliances and/or FMCG
Strong track record in product project management, GTM planning, pricing strategy, and market analysis
Highly analytical with strong strategic thinking and execution skills
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
Proactive communicator with a structured and solution-oriented mindset
